Life Interrupted

Kelly Colón's debut novel, Life Interrupted, recounts the story of Abby & Claire, two women working for Marin Biotech; a life science company at the heart of the pandemic outbreak in Boston, Massachusetts.

When the news of the outbreak hits their company and the realization that their networking event was the catalyst of the outbreak in Boston, Abby and Claire quickly realize this will not only impact their company but all of Massachusetts. Little could they have envisioned just how close to home this pandemic would hit or how difficult it would be juggling the responsibilities they have to their lives, their careers, and the very survival of their families.

When the priorities that seemed so critical and the careers they fought so hard to achieve are completely upended, how will they manage? Do both women walk away from the life they've built or will Abby and Claire find compromise and a life no longer interrupted?
